Digital product

FleetCash Command is a one-time digital purchase. No physical product is shipped. The price is shown in USD; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Download access is provided after payment confirmation.

Refunds and access

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access to the files is provided. If you have trouble accessing or using the supplied files, contact OperatorBench support for help with access or technical problems. This policy does not limit any refund, remedy, or other consumer right that applies by law.

Single-business use

Your purchase licenses internal use within one business, including its employees and dispatcher. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, repackage, or sell modified or unmodified copies. The included license and disclaimer describe the product’s usage terms.

Compatibility and limits

Excel and Google Sheets are separate editions. A Google account is required to make Sheets copies. Visual and printing differences may occur between applications. The product does not automatically sync with external services, send invoices, or collect payments.

Your records and decisions

Results depend on the data you enter. Verify calculations, invoices, records, and business decisions. This product is an organizational and planning tool, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, DOT, FMCSA, safety, or regulatory advice. It does not guarantee income, savings, or collection outcomes.

Contact OperatorBench support for missing files, access problems, or purchase questions. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that apply by law.
